Feature request: search duplicate from a folder in another f

Would it be possible to allow the search of duplicate files of files from a folder (and its subfolders) into another folder (and its subfolders).

In fact, I have only a few files in a folder "A", to search duplicate for, inside a folder B with many many files, and I do not want duplicate to be searched for the files in B (which can take many many times).

This sounds like the 'Don't scan folder against itself' option, forthcoming in DC 3+
