I've just downloaded & installed.
Don't see any button/option/right click to create hardlinks, how does it work, could'nt figure it out. I run Win 7 ultimate NTFS file system.

Hard Links only come into play once you have Scanned, then selected some files for File Removal.
In the File Removal dialog is the option to Create Hardlinks (as opposed to some other removal method).
Further, in order for Create Hardlinks to be active, you must have scanned by Content.
(Have never used it myself.)
