How do I select 1 duplicate from the following?

ORG-CONVERSATION RECORD.TIF	\\server\share\10MI230541\
ORG-CONVERSATION RECORD.TIF	\\server\share\MH200714615\

The first 2 files are in the same folder, i want to remove one of these and leave the file in the other folder alone.

I guess select all but one duplicates that exist in the current folder? Does this make sense?
or another way to say
Remove all but one file in folders that have duplicates.

I need to be able to do this on a large folder structure and not have to select each sub folder to compare separately.

This is a tricky one - I can't think of a way to do it without selecting manually. hmmm

Why are you searching in MH200714615?
Or do you only want to delete DUPs in 10MI230541 that also exist in MH200714615?
