Delete Error.....Access to path denied

I'm unable to delete files marked in red on my delete files page. The files are duplicates of songs in Itunes and windows media player.

Any suggestions

I fixed it this way under Win7 Pro x64:

Just took the whole D drive and followed the procedure, works a treat!
Make sure you do BOTH steps, taking ownership of files and then granting permissions for the new owner. Close all windows and DC and try deleting again.
