Duplicate Cleaner 1.4.7 - unknown message

While I try to delete marked files I keep getting the message

'n' files have delete errors - 0 files deleted.

I can delete the files manually from outside of Duplicate Cleaner.

Can anyone let me know why Duplicate Cleaner is unable to delete the files?

Very strange...

Tried 2.0 yesterday and it worked. Now I am getting the message saying the files have 'delete errors' again when I try to delete them today.

Any more thoughts on the problem welcome. This is the best duplicate file remover I have ever seen but I just don't seem able to use it most of the time because of the delete errors.
