Like MK, I found the answer shortly after posting. Guys, this is a great app. It handles a large number of files and provides a few default safety features to help protect us noobs from ourselves.
Only have one suggestion regarding the protected files - have little notes on the error messages saying that this can be turned off from the Options menu (maybe along with a warning when the option is deselected).
