sorry to reply only now to this old post, but on official website i still no notice support for jfif image format that is the only condition for me to buy this software, any updates ? i have thousand of jfif image in a lot of folder and surely have a huge number of duplicates that i cannot compare ...

sorry for delay in reply, tested in windows safe mode, crash directly on software run at same mode!

Test of "same scan in Standard mode - Same content (rather then in Image mode)" failed, software crash
Test in safe mode tomorrow!

dear assistance, tried first to uninstall and reinstall, after i tried method 1 and after method 2 of reset, in everytime software continue to crash the same, i have scan a folder with only 48 jpeg image and no other files, so i think the software is really bugged! i have windows 7 x64 costantly ...
