It would be nice to have the option to extract the line numbers together with the matching text (maybe tab-separated, or line numbers without the text).

You can already get the lines number by using another tool, Agent Ransack.
However, Agent Ransack will also give you the complete contents of lines (at least) one match was found in. This may be to your advantage sometimes.
You can always edit these results to keep only the line numbers and the regex matches themselves.
