How could one compare all the music files in music mode and all the other files in regular mode at the same time to search for folders with same content?

You can't currently mix modes in Duplicate Cleaner - you'd need to either use Regular mode or de-dupe in stages

But I thought with regular mode I would miss identical music files by audio data (without considering the tags), so it would not work.
How would one "de-dupe in stages"?

It would (miss) if the tags were different.

Run Regular mode, Content first.
Then run Audio mode.

Sorry, I do not understand. What are the exact steps I had to do?Run Regular mode, Content first.
Then run Audio mode.
