Rename files as duplicates?

Is there a feature in DCP5 where after or during a scan you can rename duplicate file names for later identification.

What I'm asking is there a way to append the word "Duplicate" to the file name?

You can rename marked files with a custom prefix/suffix from the Rename tab:-
