It's still there but the name has changed a bit-

"Mark->Mark all files outside this folder tree that have a duplicate inside this folder tree'

D:\Folder1\Folder2\file1.txt - right click "Mark->Mark all files outside this folder tree that have a duplicate inside this folder tree'

Can't use Parent folder "D:\Folder1\" mark "D:\Folder6\Folder7\file2.txt",use more steps, but that's ok
