Ability to refresh a given folder and not build the entire tree

Hello,
Is it possible to add a Refresh to the right-click/context menu for a folder? The issue is that the "Refresh folders" on the bottom left hand side refreshes but resets the folder navigation which can be time consuming depending on how deep I am in a nested folder hierarchy.
