Overview

You can change the color scheme, fonts and sizes using the Theme controls on the Settings tab.  Select from one of the preset themes and click 'Apply'.

You can also change the size of text and images in the application using the Zoom control.

 

Custom Theme

There is a theme called 'Custom' which can be user edited with a text editor.  It is located in the program folder under Themes\User_Theme.xaml. 

Click on the 'Apply' button after editing to see changes.  If you want to share a great theme please feel free to post it to the forum!
