DigitalVolcano Software Support

I recently did a pass in DCP5 where I noticed a red X through the the image in a group. I marked select "All but one in the group" but it marked the 5th item with a Red X. I can't find any information about this. What does it mean?

It's part of the image. View them in the Image viewer, or outside DC.

I'm curious as to why you guys at DigitalVolcano respond to the easy answers but ghost me when I have more complex questions revolving around the process of using your software?

Are you that short of staff?

Is this something I should have anticipated before buying this program?

I really do like your software but getting answers while trying to use it is like pulling teeth.

There is no staff, it's a one-person company. I answer what I can between upgrading the server, trying to get TextCrawler 4 out for beta, and getting Duplicate Cleaner 6 off the ground for Mac and Windows. Happy to offer a refund if it's not for you!
