OK I've had this working before don't know what happened. From scratch on a fresh WIN XP Service Pack 1 Install. What am I missing? I keep getting an error every time.

What's the error message? Is it from the installer or the program?

Now I'm not getting the message just a beep. Its from the installer direct from this site. I'm perplexed I've had this running before seemingly effortless.
