Trial software does not work!

Dear sir, i've downloaded this software searching it with google, i've downloaded and installed v4.0.4, after run software tell me that i have 15 days of trial, after this to test i've copied and duplicated some image in a folder, about 30 files, add this folder to software and start scan, after some seconds software end and crash! if is necessary i can add a screenshot of crash!

Thanks for report - screenshot would be helpful.
Another useful source of information to send us is the Event log:
Click Windows Start button > Type event in Search programs and files field.
Select Event Viewer.
Navigate to Windows Logs > Application, and then find the latest event with “Error” in the Level column and “Application Error” in the Source column.
Copy the text on the General tab.

Thanks for the info. It looks like it's crashing while displaying the list. You can try 'Factory resetting' the program and re-scanning on a small subset of files to see if it displays properly.

dear assistance, tried first to uninstall and reinstall, after i tried method 1 and after method 2 of reset, in everytime software continue to crash the same, i have scan a folder with only 48 jpeg image and no other files, so i think the software is really bugged! i have windows 7 x64 costantly updates with patches! i don't have antivirus installed that cause problems!

Restart your computer in Safe Mode.
Then try the scan again & see if it still fails.
If it still fails, then,
Also, try the same scan in Standard mode - Same content (rather then in Image mode).

Test in safe mode tomorrow!

sorry for delay in reply, tested in windows safe mode, crash directly on software run at same mode!
