I also want to be a beta tester.
I have problems with exporting .mov videos from may wifes I-Phone. The problem ist that .mov files which are generated during export are not always binary identical. But the containt video is identical. But the Duplicate clean 4 always says that the files are not identical.
Therefore I need a tool to compare the videos.

Is it possible to specify that the first x seconds should be skipped when comparing videos?

In Duplicate Video Search you have this options:
