Program not replacing terms with '/' in batch mode

Hi,
I have;
^\bHEAD/S\b

to be replaced by;

HEAD AND SHOULDERS

This works in the regex tester and for making individual changes but an changes with a '/' are skipped. Could this be a bug?

Does escaping the forward slash (with a backslash) help?

i.e.-
