Scramble email characters before the @ sign

Dear all,

Please help me as i need this urgently. i manage to use text crawler to search email addresses in the files im processing. i need to also obfuscate these emails as these files are going to be analyze by vendors of mine.

what i cant figure out is the expression in textcrawler to scramble the characters before the @ sign in a particular email address and maintain the everything else after the @ sign. Example:

Before:
tyler.durden@fightclub.com

After:
re.tlynedrud@fightclub.com

Not sure how to do this randomly. You can mix up by capturing the letters before the @ with brackets () and replacing in a different order, e.g. $5$2$3$4, but this would be difficult on variable length email addresses.
