Using Windows 7 problems running TextCrawler

Can someone help?

I've enjoyed using TextCrawler for many years but have just now downloaded latest version 2.5 on Windows 7
and when I click to open all I can manage to get to open is the 'About' dialog notification that runs on start up. I don't actually get the
TextCrawler program itself - and I'm at a loss to know why this is. Grateful for any help.
PS to reiterate I have previously been using TextCrawler on Windows 7 without too many problems but now can't get
to run the 2.5 version. I have both netframe 2 and netframe 4 installed.

Does the program stay in the Taskbar after you click OK on the about window or does it crash? Maybe the main window has somehow become moved outside the desktop area. If this is the case we might be able to get it to return to the default be deleting the settings.
