Re: Found a bug in 3.0

We are still working on this- some people have problems around the 500,000 files mark. Hope to have an update out in the coming month for this, but for now you'll need to split your scans up.

Re: Pro works..well maybe but really no....

For finding *exactly* identical folders it product works however, the product doesn't have a dial to back off the algorithm to lets say, 75% likeness. For instance, I have a lot of music. For me, the following directories are identical: The band - greatest hits The band - greatest hit The band - th...

Re: Duplicate Cleaner 3.0

Hello, Regarding point 2, I did not realize that clicking on a picture below, the detailed information appears above. By 5 points against: 1 - How does the button "Fit"? 2 - A bug in the display size of the gray background is seen. 3 - I wish I could view photos in bigger size or power zo...

Re: Your Finding Duplicates Products

Thanks for your interest - 1) Duplicate Cleaner has a selection assistant, but it doesn't currently implement the rule you suggest. You can select files with lower bitrates, etc in each group, but this isn't 'directory aware'. Something for us to look into. 2)Duplicate Cleaner doesn't compare simila...

Re: Duplice Cleaner Support

Guest (not logged in) posting of new topics was disabled across the board due to problems with spamming. You can still read all the forums without logging in. It's very easy (and free) to create a log in though. Separately, the Duplicate Cleaner Pro forum was originally created as a priority support...

Glad you like TC, thanks. This is an interesting idea, and I'll see if it's possible to do.

Re: D C Pro forum access

Yep, that window shows by default - you can disable it in the options. This behavior will be off by default in the next update.

You can see an ad because the update checker launches the DV website. A proper update checker that doesn't require a website visit is planned.

Re: D C Pro forum access

Thanks for purchasing! The paid version shouldn't show the pop-up once the registration code has been entered. If it is there is something wrong - can you confirm it is still doing this?

I agree the forum registration process isn't obvious - we are working to streamline this.
