Do you have OneDrive?
If so, there at two Document folder, one in you PC and one i OneDrive.
Check where the "Duplicate Cleaner log file.txt" is located.

Do you have an estimate for when version 6 will be released?
PS I have tested many programs in this genre, but none come close to the capabilities of Duplicate Cleaner Pro.

You can add Thumbnails to your photos. Try this.

Mark some of your photos.
Choose Metadata from the Menu bar.
Choose EXIF Thumbnails > EXIF Thumbnail - Rebuild
