In full window view, TextCrawler will hide the search criteria tabs and display the results (and preview, if turned on) in the full window.  This mode is useful for browsing through results after a search.

Unchecking this option will hide the text preview frame below the results list.  This will allow the list area to expand and may improve performance when clicking on large files using complex regular expressions.

 

When selected, only files with matches are listed in the results window.

 

When selected, this option causes every file searched to be listed, even if nothing was found.

 

All matches from all files searched are displayed in the preview window at the same time, allowing browsing in one continuous document. This option only takes effect upon a new search.
