TextCrawler is a tool for rapid searching and replacing over multiple text files.

Requirements
OS: Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Vista or XP. 32 or 64 bit.
Processor: 800Mhz or better
Disc Space: 10Mb
Display: 1024 x 768 High Color (or better)
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5. Note if you have Framework 4 installed you may still need to install version 2.0 or 3.5 alongside it for the software to run.
Installation
Double click on the downloaded TextCrawler setup executable file in Windows Explorer. You will be guided through a simple automatic install process to the location of your choice.
TextCrawler requires the Microsoft .NET Framework to run. This should be present on most modern systems, but may not be on some installations of Windows XP. Search for 'Get .NET framework' to download the latest version from Microsoft.
Windows 8 has the .NET framework 4 by default, but doesn't include framework 3.5 which runs alongside it - you may be prompted to enable it when installing TextCrawler. If you aren't prompted and TextCrawler doesn't run, you may need to enable it manually in the Windows control panel.
