I have completed a scan, yet the program refuses to move duplicate files after the scan is complete.


The error message I get is "154,013 file(s) could not be processed. (Check Log).

Can anyone help?

Then it lists all the files to be moved....etc...etc...

It should give the move error next to each file name, but you may have to scroll down the list in the log to get to it.

If you are having trouble, try unchecking the 'via windows shell' setting.

Thanks unchecking the 'via windows shell' setting worked for me.
