no go button appear on screen 32

TV set display 32 for my computer.
the 4 buttons to go dont appear and also exit button
I cannot start the job.
The screen resolution is good for other soft, why?

I had the same problem. The button is there but off screen. Grab the bottom right corner of the application and drag it bigger. You should see a host of buttons.

my duplicates show as protected and cannot be removed. Any ideas?

I can't see these buttons also. Does it because of my Large font setting for windows?
