how to delete all EXCEPT the oldest file

Can someone help me configure the selection assistant so that when it returns several duplicates, I can delete all of them EXCEPT the oldest (original) file. I see the settings that will allow me to save the newest but this is the opposite of what I need.

That is what you need
.
Selection Assistant -> General => Newest files in each group.
That will select for deletion the newer dups, leaving the oldest in each group.
(Thinking that in most cases, it is the /Modified/ Date you'll want to deal with.)

Oh, & choose 'Mark' (rather then Unmark).
