Application Startup Error | v2.04

Hi,
The following error is flagged every time the app is started:
"Error parsing & showing text item 28 (+114+121+122+123). Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Any ideas what may cause this? A setting error perhaps?
OS is Windows XP.
