No support for chm files in DUplicate Cleaner Free?

Greetings-apparently there's no support for deleting .chm files in Duplicate Cleaner Free? They're identified but I'm getting "Access to path .... denied". I am able to move those files to a different directory, however.

What OS?
Do you have sufficient permission to delete the specific file?
Are you running as Limited or Admin level user?
Have you tried running Duplicate Cleaner as an Admin level user?
What is the pathname to this CHM file?

Definitely sounds like a permissions issue. Running as Admin should do it.
