Thank you for great software solution!

I found a bug in beta 2.0.3709 25556 BETA from 26.02.2010
When I try to replace text in UTF8 (without BOM) files, they become ANSI.

OK, thanks.
The encoding drops to 'default codepage' (eg ANSI) when it doesn't find a BOM. It's probably safer to have it drop to UTF8 which is virtually the same but allows the unicode chars.

Love it!! I used the Batch Editor to queue 3 separate strings (non-regex)to replace in 126 XML files (about 500K each). Worked perfectly.
Saved script file fine, but I noticed that the pop-up message "xxx.txc Saved." is also shown if you press "cancel", although the file is correctly "not" saved in that case.
Screens seem intuitive.
Regular Expression tester too! Cool!
Please allow select text on the Version info or add button "copy version info to clipboard".
my version is 2.0.3709.25556 beta 2/26/2010

Hi,thanks for the new version.
I have a lot of Regular expressions saved, but the new version don't read that.
how can I convert my RegEx.txt and BatchJobs.txt files of version 1.1.4 to version 2.0?

They are all text files, but at the minute you'd have to do it manually by cut and pasting.
I'm planning on including an importer before the final release, so hopefully this will help.

Beta Update 3
-------------
~I've updated the download to Version 2.0.3734.25436 BETA

Highlights:
*UTF8 behaviour fixed -
Will write UTF8 (without BOM) by default unless BOM found in input file, in which case the same encoding is used.
This means that ASCII and BOM-less UTF8 files should be written correctly.
*File Scanning updated - should cope with interesting file names better.
*Can copy version name from about screen.
*other bits I've forgotten about..

Thank you for great work.
Can you, please, repack the new version? I have a trouble with unpacking of the current one.

Beta 3 seems corrupt when downloading over http but fine on ftp - strange. I've renamed the file and it now downloads fine. Try here:
