I am trying to formulate a scan that will look for duplicate MP3 files within the same directory, but not across different directories.
I have my MP3 collection in a tree structure: M:\MUSIC\artist\album. What I would like is DCP to flag "A Great Song.mp3" and "A Great Song [1].mp3" inside the same directory. At the same time NOT flagging "A Great Song.mp3" in two different directories ie ALBUM and GREATEST HITS.
The scan needs to be by content not file name as the names could be just about anything.
Is this even possible?

Re: Duplicate Music within the same directory
You can use More Duplicate options->Same folder name on the Criteria tab:
