How to delete duplicates that have no exif comment lines

Duplicates images
with / without comment lines (description)

Question: how to mark those without comment line / description?

These are duplicates (in different folders), two images have a description/comment.
I would like to keep those and delete the other ones but can not see the difference in the Duplicate Cleaner listing.

-Add Description and Comment as scan metadata to display (in Image Mode - criteria)
The selection assistant can be made to prefer marking 'blank' fields in any column
