PortableApps Version

It would be nice to see a PortableApps version of this. These days I don't install about 90% of the software I use.
I used to just throw a bunch of portable programs into a folder (namely Dropbox for even more convenience), but it's nice to have a program that updates everything for you automatically and organizes them for you.
