Duplice Cleaner Support

It wouldn't appear strange to me if I could not post any message in the Duplicate Cleaner Pro Support forum.
I wanted to reply to a message in the Duplice Cleaner (General) forum.
I couldn't.
It appears I need an account for that, too.
I turned to the Other (applicatinos) and General forums, but encountered the same problem.
Why, oh why, oh WHY, do you require an account for access to those?
Or is something going wrong on my computer?
I don't think that is the case, because here I can post.
Why would I need an account to only access (read) those general forums?
Why would you block possibly interested visitors from more advanced forums and "knowledge"?
It's OK to me if they cannot ask for support, but you would at least not obscure any good about your commercial product. It really wouldn't hurt to show that you do have a good support (attitude). Hiding that makes one wonder. It also hides all user information about the product. The same holds for this: if users are mostly satisfied then let anyone know! If users aren't the show you handle this. Don't be obscure.
If one can see that a commercial product can solve a problem, one might be more likely to buy it then if this information is hidden and leaves the visitor to wonder if there is any good in those areas and if this possible lack of it is the reason for hiding.
