Many options grayed out. How come?

Hello.

It took the better part of a day for the software to find duplicate files in my over 7 TB of information. I want to save my progress however the export duplicate file list to CSV File is grayed out as well as the " File removal, selection assistant and image preview" buttons.

Does anyone know why these options are grayed out ? Perhaps my anti-virus may have screwed with the software installation or is there something else I may be missing here.

They should only be grayed out when there are no duplicate files found -very strange - does it keep doing this?
