Error Message during "Populating List"

Hi guys,
I am very happy with the Duplicate Cleaner tool. Some time ago I ran a big Scan over 4 mapped network drives and 3 local drives and found about 200k duplicate files. I reduced them to about 10k files.
Now I wanted to rescan with the exact same settings because I didn't save the results from my first scan.
It also scans 100% but after about 10% of "Pupulating List..." progress there is an Error:
"Error in can Process: Attempted to divide by zero."
I retried with settings "-Same size" instead of "MD5 checksum" but it didn't matter. Same error at the same point.
Can anybody help out please? It's hard to start troubleshooting when the scan lasts so long. And I don't get this error when I reduce the locations. It must be a special file or a set of files that makes this error occur.
Cheers
