Hello

Thanks again for all your help.

Just read my last post again and I appear to be guilty of very poor grammar or sentence construction or something like that.

My comment 'Don't know what's going on there... ' was referring to the fact that I'd found the reg expression worked in the Reg Expression Tester but not in TextCrawler itself. (Still don't know why that is.)

Sorry, if it sounded odd - really appreciate your help.

That's what I thought you meant, so I tried to give some information about what might be going on and what might make it work.

Do you mean you still did not find an(y) alternative to work in one pass?

Still don't have a one-pass solution.

Am working with two-pass solution mentioned in earlier post.

Will you still have the empty lines if you try this?

Find:
(<.*)?\r\n

Replace: (leave empty)
