Is it possible to show the search results in the preview pane when using batch commands?
I'm using Textcrawler 2.0 and it seems that this is not possible.
It would be a nice to have feature.
Thanks.

I would really like that feature also. In the newer 2.1 version, it can ALMOST be done by right-clicking on one of the files in the results list and choosing the "Preview File with Replacements in Scratchpad". The problem is, this displays the entire file without any indication of what was changed.

It's a feature I'd like to add - I just haven't worked out how to approach it yet as I'd have to represent multiple , possibly overlapping changes to a file.

Hi I need to find this:
</CantidadArticulos>
And replace it with
</CantidadArticulos>
<PedidoEmitidoProveedor>SI</PedidoEmitidoProveedor>
As you can see, there is a new line and additional text
Is there a way to do it in batch mode?
Thanks

You can just use regular replace mode, and use the multi-line editor for the replace phrse (click on the little pad and pencil icon next to the box)
