I've been using 1.1.4. I found that the beginning of file expression never worked, i.e. ^^ and \A, which I discovered works in TC2.0

However, I'm kind of disappointed that the batch feature in 1.1.4 was more friendly in that I could see the descriptions of each regex I created and saved in the library. So in TC2, when I look at my batch scripts I am not able to easily figure out which line in the script came from which library regex entry.

Can you modify it and add another column in the batch dialog that also shows the description?

Good idea. I separated the batch scripts from being linked to the reg-ex library in 2.0 in order to simplify things and make the txc files more like portable scripts. A side effect of this is that you lost the reg-ex library description .

I'll look at adding a description field into the batch script (populated when adding from the library, and editable)
