Do you have a huge directory (structure), containing lots of those files?

It's actually a really misleading error message caused by TextCrawler trying to read a folder/file that it doesn't have access permissions for (eg c:\System Volume Information). The latest build will skip these files and not drop out of the scan. (Upload in the next few days)
