Duplicate Cleaner Error

I keep getting this error:
Error during duplication file scan: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.
How do I fix this problem?

Does this happen
-At the very start of the scan
-During 'Building folder list'
-Comparing Duplicates
-Populating list.
