bug ? not deleting

If you have done an image preview of a file it will not delete say "file is open in DC" this happens after image preview has been closed

Follow up to the above it seems to be only the first file viewed that will not delete. If you go back to duplicates page select more for deletion the original "non-deleter" then deletes (assuming you still have it selected).
