Any Guess When 2.0 Might Be Beta?
I understand you're releasing your tools as freeware and freeware is ready when it's ready (it is very much appreciated), but nevertheless was just curious to know how 2.0 is coming along. Any status update or rough guess as to when you might have a beta version?

2.0 was started in December - it is a complete port from the old VB6 code to .NET. This update to a more modern framework gives several advantages, not least the ability to be able to deal with Unicode file names properly.
It is virtually feature complete, and works. It just has rough edges and some bugs which mean it's not quite ready for beta. I hope to push for one before the end of october!
In the meantime, I will create a separate thread with a feature list - partly so people don't need to keep requesting features which are already done.
