Suggestion: Select on File name with CAPITALS only

Newsreaders may mark bad files by capitalising the file name. Later correct reposts have equal but normal file names. Selection on capitals-only file names would easily weed out the bad files.

Lots of good suggestions here thanks - I'm going to use some of these ideas in DC2.0.
