Hello,

Can you explain what are the meaning of those 2 behavior, after the search completed?

First, 3 folders in one group but 2 of them are grey, look at the manual but couldn't understand the statement. Does the program scan another directories without my command? My guess is no so, what is it?
"Any folder shown in grey means that that folder is contained within a larger folder group that is duplicated elsewhere."

Second, folders are automatically square marked.

See the file attached, thanks in advance.

From, Help -> Duplicate folders

Key:

Code: Select all

[unmarked] Folder and subfolders are not marked
[X marked] Folder and subfolders are marked
[block mark] Folder and/or subfolders are partially marked or empty*
*Empty folders may actually not be empty but contain files outside the scope of the scan.

It means that the grey folders (e.g. in Group 1) are also root folders of another group (e.g. Group 2)

The 'square' marked folders mean this folder and/or subfolders are partially marked or empty
