Problems registering the program on my other computer?

I have the program purchased and it is already working on my other PC, but when I install it on my laptop,
when I enter the license it says: "Your license registration failed"
I don't know what else to try!!
Has anyone else had problems with this too??
What else can I try??

I'm sending a screenshot of the error message
The license number is correct, so I don't understand what could be happening? The PC works with Windows 11
(I'm using Google Translate to go from Spanish to English, in case you see something that isn't written well or isn't understood well)

Is it a version 4 or 5 key? If it's a version 4 key you need to download version 4

Thank you for answering, I bought the Program on 04/27/2024 so it is version 5, I'm sure.
I have even tried to install the version prior to this 5.23. 0 (from memory I think it was 5.22) and it still didn't let me register it
I also connected the computer with a VPN for registration and it didn't work either!
Can you think of anything else I can do?

I'm trying to register to make the support ticket, but it's giving me a lot of problems!!
So I've modified my email address on this forum to match the one I purchased, if you'd be so kind as to look at it again!
License purchased on April 27, 2024 (n.ยบ: *****268)

Hello again, have you been able to look at it?
With the email I have now in my profile, the purchase date and the invoice number, you should be able to find out if there is a problem with my license.

Sorry for the delay. I've checked and the license is valid.
-Be sure you are pasting the complete key (starting with U and ending with w)
-Use the license recovery tool to get the key email afresh in case you've copied it wrong in your records-
