Software cant "see" my netowrk drives on my NAS

I have them available to view on my computer but it will not let me search them. How do i resolve this?
I have version 4.1.4

If they don't appear in the Duplicate Cleaner Network explorer you have several options-
-Map the drives to drive letters in Windows
or
-Drag the folder you want to scan directly from Windows Explorer into the Duplicate Cleaner 'Folders to search' pane.
or
-Below the 'Folders to search' pane use 'Select folder' and try the network browser here
or
-Use the network UNC path - type it into the box above the drive list or using the 'Enter folder name' button
