Virtual folder is a great idea, and I have one question:

I already have a list of files in a csv file which contains all my files information from different external HDDs including MD5 value and they are millions of files, so is there a way to build a virtual folder from these information?

The Virtual folder files are just SQLite databases, so you could do this if you are familiar with Excel and SQLite. It would be a bit of work though.
