5.21.2 quiting

Post by Vitor »

I've been using this version for a few days now to deduplicate a recovered drive. Lots of duplicates in here, most of them being images.

As of this morning it's quitting without any message. It seems to quit at the exact same place.
For one location it stops on calculating image metrics at image 3 and on another location at image 12.
Yesterday night it was working ok. I've put the PC (windows 11) in sleep mode and this morning tried to resume the process.

Scan criteria - image mode, loose match, match raw, use image metrics caching, the rest are default.

It always generate two events, an error and an information:

Do you want to take a look at this? Is there any way to enable a verbose mode so I kind see at what image it is quitting?
I've disabled image caching and the error continues.

There isn't a verbose mode.

If it's crashing like this it is often due to the image libraries for scanning Raw format images.

-If you are scanning mixed formats, try unchecking 'Include camera RAW files' in the search filters and see if it still crashes.
-Try disabling 'Use image metrics caching'
