How to simply de-select a few sub folders?

Post by dcwul62 »

In tab "Scan Location" I may add a big folder from the root.
Let's say: X:\Images
That folder containers a few dozen sub folders (with sub sub folders)

In the right window panel "Flders to search", I would like to expand that folder, so it shows all the sub folders and allow me to deselect a few ones.

THe only way I know now is to add all the folders from left x:\Images tree separately, one-by-one.

Is there an easier way?
(Probably I am overlooking it)

Thanks!

There isn't a way to do this in 'search' panel, but in the tree you can multi-select many subfolders by clicking on the first, then shift clicking on the last. You can then drag multiple folders across. You'd need to set those the excluded in the search panel (again, you can shift-click to multiselect).
